Beginning Throwing – 6 weeks (Class Filled)
Basic introduction to wheel throwing – learn the ancient art of throwing pottery on a potter’s wheel. Also included is a taste of hand building. Expect to get dirty! Bring an apron and an old towel. No prior experience is necessary. Limit of 7 students

Throwing Big – 1 day (Class Filled) 
Want to learn how to throw more clay? Join this class with Steve Bogue and learn how to throw larger and increase the amount of clay that you currently throw. Limit of 10 participants.

Intermediate Throwing – 6 weeks
This class is designed for potters with some wheel-throwing experience.  Keith with assist with making your thrown forms more consistent, and improve your confidence in working on the potter’s wheel. (Limit of 7)

Advanced Throwing – 6 weeks 
This course is designed for advanced wheel-throwers to have a chance to work with and be mentored by an incredible potter. Limit of 7.

Time: 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Hand Building – 9 weeks 
Participants will learn various methods of hand building with clay, gradually building from simple to more advanced work. Project ideas are available or if you have an idea you want to try, we will try to facilitate it.  Class is suitable to various levels of skill. Come on out and learn to have fun with clay in a supportive and enjoyable learning environment. This workshop concludes with a raku firing at the instructor’s home. Limit of 10 students.

Martha Grover Inspiration Series Cost: $195.00
Martha Grover is a functional potter, living in Bethel, Maine, creating thrown and altered porcelain pieces. Her work has been published in Ceramics Monthly, Pottery Making Illustrated, Clay Times, 500 Pitchers, 500 Platters and Chargers, and 500 Vases. Martha’s work was featured on the cover of Ceramic Monthly’s May 2010 issue.
